When will I get billed again?

Subscriptions automatically renew on the 15th of each month (starting the month after you subscribe).  On the 15th of each month, we'll automatically re-bill the payment method you have on file.  If you plan to make any changes, or if you'd like to cancel or skip a month, just login to your account and do so before the 15th.


When will I receive my box?

Subscriptions are open between the first and last day of each month, and ship right after that cutoff date. All boxes ship out near the beginning of each month, usually by the 7th.

So, for example, if you subscribe any time between January 1-31, your first box will ship in the first few days of February.


What comes inside the box?

Each box contains around 2-4 items for cats and 2-4 items for cat lovers (decor, accessories, etc.).  There is a new theme (or cat-egory) each month and all items fit that theme.  Take a look at our past boxes for an idea of what comes in The Cat Kit.


Do you offer refunds/
exchanges?

Due to the nature of our boxes, we cannot offer refunds on payments that have already been processed. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, please e-mail us at jen@thecatkit.com and we'd be happy to work with you to make it right.


How do I cancel my account?

If you need to cancel for any reason, we completely understand!  Canceling is easy - just login to your account and cancel (or e-mail us at jen@thecatkit.com and we can do it for you).  

We re-bill subscriptions on the 15th of each month, so be sure to cancel before the 15th to avoid receiving next month's box.  

Please note that canceling your subscription does not issue a refund on payments that have already been made.  If you've already been charged for the upcoming box, you'll still receive that one - but you will see no further charges or shipments after that.
